His portrayal of Captain America/Steve Rogers is in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 and 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame 2019 brought him greater fame. He became one of the highest paid actors in the world thanks to his involvement in the Marvel franchise.
